Are you a proven sales professional interested in an exciting job opportunity that offers stability and growth to start today!? We are currently seeking experienced Inside Sales Reps to provide quality customer service to small and midsized companies nationwide!
Reps will work cooperatively in a team environment to provide first rate customer service to new and existing customers regarding their telecom needs while also growing new customers and meeting/exceeding monthly sales while increasing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
|
2+ years experience in inside sales, with outbound calling experience is a requirement
Must be able to multi-task and have great organizational skills
Must have excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Programs may require background checks

Other Details:
|
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions, and accurately process customer transactions
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
