Summary: Responsible for the operation of the packing lines. Following food safety, quality, and food regulatory requirements are critical when producing our product.

Job Requirements:
|
HS Diploma or GED
1 year of baking or packaging experience required
Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in fast paced environment
|
Other Details:
|
Follow all company policies including: G.M.P.’s, H.A.C/C.P., safety procedures, and product quality standards.
Acquire a strong understanding of the packing process and its relationship to the finished product.
Monitor that proper packaging is being used.
Keep the packing line clean and free of clutter.
Participate in the reduction of scrap and machine down time.
Reject any products that are out of spec and discard into the correct container.
Assist in the adjustment of all equipment.
Assist in the process of label and product size changes.
