Job Details

Responsible for assisting with the maintenance of area buildings and light grounds work - there is a service for landscaping and snow removal. Assists in maintaining the appearance of assigned building, both inside and out: picking up debris found on grounds, in lot, maintenance of woodwork, blinds, carpeting, tile, etc...handles retrieval/delivery of confidential totes containing sensitive material, there is a great deal of changing lighting that goes on daily, set up/break down of conference rooms; bring major issues to bldg. coordinator. Someone who will learn and understand bldg. fire system and assist in fire drills. Handles day to day work requests given on printed sheets from supervisor that can range from fixing someones desk, changing a lightbulb, assisting with internal moves, cleaning bathrooms.

We do not need someone with extensive experience in maintenance however we are looking for someone who has good work history and references, enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable on their feet for an extensive part of the day, has great customer service skills and enjoys people, is energetic, relaible, and mechanically inclined, but not overly experienced because this is an entry level position. Someone who has a positive personality and is approachable.

Someone who is flexible, can deal with an environment and a job that is constantly changing - could be asked to do one thing one moment and something completely different the next.

Schedule is 7:25am-4:00pm Monday - Friday

Must have clean driving record, criminal clearance and ability to pass a drug test.
