Professional company that offers a fantastic opportunity for longevity and career growth!Job DetailsResponsibilities:Develop comprehensive knowledge of all products sold and serviced. Perform and Track the Appointment of new Financial Advisors based on assigned Service Team. Coordinate and Track the assignment of Financial Advisor codes. Verify and Coordinate State Registrations for Financial Advisors as they relate to Client Address Changes and New Accounts where existing Financial Advisor is not registered Coordinate and Conduct the Appointment Process when a Financial Advisor changes Broker Dealers or Registered Investment Advisory Firms or when a client account changes from one Financial Advisor to another Process new account documents which includes: notification to all appropriate parties; distribution of documents; account status follow up with internal departments, the Financial Advisor, and the Sales Representative. Assist in initiating prompt account start up and conclude with the "Client Welcome Kit". This process requires developing a comprehensive understanding of our products, new account documents, account types, transfer situations and documentation. Critical review and distribution of incoming correspondence (i.e., trading directives and actionable items including cancellations and investment objective changes). Coordination and preparation of material for all client performance reviews. Includes managing deadlines, requesting required materials, supervising assembly, critical review and supervising delivery to the Financial Advisor and / or client. Coordination of monthly and semi-annual client billing. This process includes notification to Broker/Dealers and/or Registered Investment Advisory Firms, Financial Advisors, and clients. Research and resolution of problems or issues for Financial Advisors and / or clients. Act as first liaison to data consolidation systems. Includes coordinating support for those systems. Projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree 3.2 GPA and 1100 SAT Scores Acquire Series 6 and Series 63 regulatory exam certification within 12 months of employment Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven problem solving skills High attention to detail High comfort in dealing with numbers/mathematics Comfortable with multiple demands of a fast-paced client service environment Work independently with strong prioritization and organization skills |
