Receptionist/Medical Secretary needed in Surgical Support

Descriptions of Job Duties: answer phones and pages, assign rooms as needed, cover for lunch and breaks, handle log books, faxing, copying, get things ready to be billed, verify daily surgical schedule. -MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS.

40hrs A,B and Cshifts weekends and holiday rotation

These are the shifts that are rotated Shift A = 6:15am - 2:45pm, Shift B = 2:45pm - 11:00pm, Shift C = 11 pm-7:am

The schedule is put out weeks in advance
