North Syracuse: Manufacturer of HVACR electronic controls is currently seeking a Process Control Tech to manage chemical processes through statistical process controls.

Job Details

Responsibilities include:

Perform laboratory tests and/or experiments using established procedures and protocols. Operate laboratory equipment and instruments, maintain equipment and make any necessary adjustments. Test and analyze chemicals to ensure they are within process specifications. Recommend changes to chemical processes based on analysis. Enter test results into computer system for historical tracking. Look for and recommend process improvements to increase quality.

Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree in Chemistry or a related major and 2-4 years of lab experience.

Skills and Competencies: Positive interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
