General Office Jobs and Application HR Compensation and Data Analyst
Rochester (Henrietta) Great opportunity with a major Rochester educational facilitiy.Job DetailsMust be able to Perform complex Human Resources and Compensation related data manipulation in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests and HR related surveys.Strong working knowledge of Excel, Access and the data summary tools contained in them. Accurate and appropriate interpretation of data. Develop useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources. Occasionally meet with users to determine specifications or to collect data for projects. Works with HR Comp Manager and Business Analyst to develop and understand specifications. Delivers data in report/ presentation format, or verbally, to customer specifications and timelines. Confidentiality is essential. 20 hours/week. Skills Required: Proven experience as an advanced user of Excel and Access. Knowledge of pivot tables, v-lookups and other summary functions. Communicates results effectively. Optional: Understanding of HR related data and compensation a plus. Oracle Discoverer Database Queries Work Schedule: Part Time Schedule Anticipated: Minimum 3 month assignment. Possible extension up to 2 additional years on an additional grant related assignment. Pay Rate: 15-20 |
