East Rochester: Inside Sales and Lead Generation The ideal candidate should have IT knowledge and a working background in technology coupled with sales experience of any type.

Job Details

Primarily talking with CIO, IT managers and Directors regarding an executive service for their division and corporation. Should be polished and professional and have great presentations skills as this could entail some minimal direct customer interaction on a semi annual or quarterly basis.

Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions, and accurately process customer transactions
Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Requirements
2+ years experience in customer service and/or inside sales, with outbound calling experience
IT background – software or hardware is a definite plus

Must be able to multi-task
Must have excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
High school diploma or GED required, college preferred
Some programs may require background checks

$10-13/hr + commission, First year earning opportunity between $30K-50K/yr depending on the program.
