Job Details

Descriptions of Job Duties:
* Researching and resolving client product and service issues.
* Diffusing difficult client concerns, notifies management of critical situations, and ensures the best solution is implemented for the client
* Developing enhancements to processes or procedures and making recommendations to management.
* Utilizing various credit and financial reporting systems to assess transactional risks associated with client data.
* Making sound recommendations to our clients or branch managers on how to fund payroll liabilities.
* Imputing financial transactions
Risk Prevention/ Risk Management is responsible for reviewing credit reports on new customers and evaluate for credit risk as well as review deposit and return activity on existing accounts for risk to the firm.

Requirements
To be successful in this role you should be an energetic, self motivated individual, with 2+ years of financial services industry experience.

Bachelors Degree - Recent grads with work/internship experience in Business and Finance

You must be hard working, detail-oriented, and well organized with the flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of projects.

Proven analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills are required.

Outstanding verbal and written skills are a must as direct daily contact with customers and representatives is an integral part of the position.

Risk Management is a dynamic environment, so you must be able to effectively prioritize your work on an ongoing basis.

Proficiency with Excel and database software, and able to learn and use new technology in a short time frame is required.

11am - 8pm Monday-Friday
$12.50-13.00/hr
