- What is the absentee call out procedure?
- If you are going to be late or absent from your assignment our policy is that you should call out from your assignment to BOTH our office and to the client's supervisor. We ask that you contact BOTH parties no later than 1 hour prior to your scheduled time of work. As you know, our positions are contract or contract-to-hire in nature so you should minimize any lateness or absences. When calling our office you should call 585-232-4880 (X122) or email us at payroll@employmentstore.com this will go directly to our HR staff. It is very important that you do not leave messages in the VoiceMail of your personal recruiting contact in our office.

- How can I change my address?
- If you do change addresses it is extremely important to notify our office as soon as possible. Your address of record is where any important payroll documents, tax forms or other important company notices will be sent. To change your address you call simply email us or use the address change form within the eTIME System. We always welcome your phone calls but we need to have address changes in writing for accuracy purposes.
- I just closed my bank account how can I stop direct deposit?
- This is a very important issue that we need to address immediately. Our payroll system is very advanced and it electronically delivers your pay to account on file. In the event that you change your account without notifying our payroll department your pay will be delayed. To avoid delays contact us immediately at 585-232-4880 (x118) or email us. Again if you have closed or plan to close your bank account don't wait to notify us.
- I forgot my password for eTIME how can I get it reset?
- As a safety feature you will need to actually speak to our office to get back into eTIME if you account has been locked. Please contact our office at 585-232-4880 (option 4) or email us for help. It is important to note that the eTIME System and Paychex eStubs systems are separate systems. If you change your password in one of these systems it will NOT automatically change your password in the other system.
- I want to change my withholding taxes, is that possible?
- Yes. You can actually change your withholding taxes calculations at any point throughout the year. In order to change your withholding status we simply need an updated W4 completed and submitted. While you can change your withholding at anytime you should only make these changes if your life situation has changed (child, marriage, divorce, second job, etc.) or if you have consulted with your financial advisor. Changes to your withholding can have significant impacts to your year end taxes.
- I have questions about the benefits plan?
- What is your question about our benefits? If you are looking for information about the formulas used to calculate policies such as our paid time off policy you can view our current policies on our Policies Page of this site. If your question is more geared towards a request for benefits, to request time off in the near future, or an inquiry of your personal accruals you can request this information from the "Tools" section within eTIME or by emailing us.
-
- I am having a disagreement with my manager or co-worker what should I do?
- First and foremost, slow down and don't act in haste or emotionally. This is not to say that a situation like this is not emotional... we understand that disagreements in the work place can hurt you and that these situations can also cause stress. However, acting quickly could end up in a confrontation that neither you or your manager would prefer. We suggest that call our office and speak to one of our recruiters. Our team will act to help you calmly, professionally and productively address these situations.
