Sales Lead Program Rules
1. Must be a lead from a company that we are not currently servicing or have not actively serviced within the last 3 years.
2. To qualify for this bonus you must provide us with a name and contact
information for a current employee at the "lead" company.
We would prefer that we have authority to use your name when contacting
this lead but that is not required for the lead to qualify.
3. A bonus of $250 will be paid to any employee or past employee that provides a lead
through this system that meets with above mentioned rules
AND after that company's gross
billings is $5000 or greater (this happens quicker than you may think).
4. To receive this bonus you must be currently employed by The
Employment Store or Partners4Growth. In the event that you have
left our employment you will be required to complete "on boarding"
paperwork such as a current I9 and W4.
5. All lead bonuses are paid as W2 income through our payroll system and
appropriate taxes will be withheld.
6. There is no restriction to how many leads you may submit.
We encourage you to provide as many leads as possible.
7. We reserve the right to remove a company from consideration in this
program if we have engaged in active marketing over the past year.
8. We reserve the right not to contact businesses that we feel do not
meet our standards, credit worthiness, industry focus or other
discretionary decisions made by management.
